Family Sessions
The first thing I learned when it came to photographing families was how different each and every one is. The way parents interact, how perceptive & playful the children are, and the unique connections everyone has with each other. Documenting families is one of the biggest joys -not just my business- but my life. Getting to follow along for the laughter, first days after delivery, and blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments truly bring so much excitement and inspiration.
I would love nothing more than for you to feel like there is a friend behind the camera, bringing a sense of comfort and ease to your session. Whether we wrap early or require a bit more patience during our adventure, I am here to serve you and create memories for years to come.

Sessions usually average 30-45 minutes, and I can be available for up to 60 minutes based on the pace and needs of your family.
The Booking Process

1. Let's chat!
We will want to discuss your family’s needs and find the best spot for our shoot! You can review my family guide for additional info about what places will work best for you all.

2. Cross our T's and dot some I's
Once weve settled on date and location, I’ll send out your contract and invoice. Keep in mind that your session is not fully booked without your contract and invoice!

3. Time for some fun!
After I’ve received your family questionnaire, contract, and deposit, we will be all set for our photoshoot! It’s all fun and games from here. Get ready for lots of laughter!
Your gallery should arrive within three weeks of your session!
Your children’s safety is more important than my business.
I've been able to document so many incredible families, some for many years running and some for the first time ever. As excited as I am to share the photos of your beautiful smiles and precious moments, your sharing preferences will always take priority. Social media is not a place for unsupervised children.
When I do share, I am extremely careful to showcase photos of families together, not allowing anything to go up that could be taken out of context. This discretion has been, and always will be, at the forefront of my family sessions.
I want to share authenticity, childhood joy, and togetherness.
Before every session I ask parents what their sharing preferences are:
-I am comfortable with you sharing any image
-I would prefer to see which images you choose before sharing
-I am comfortable with images on your website but not social media
-I would prefer these images not be shared.
You preferences will never questioned or challenged. If you ever change your mind I will not hesitate to remove images from my website or social media.
I truly cherish the families I get to photograph. Your comfortability will always be prioritized over marketing. Children are a precious gift that desperately need our protection more than ever. I am always more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I hope to be able to photograph your family for years to come!
Don’t forget to print your photos! I always recommend families to budget $100-$300 in order print your gorgeous photos and cherish those memories. Please keep this in mind when selecting your package. I do offer printing services through my online galleries, but I also love Costco and Shutterfly for high quality prints.
